Good News about Alamogordo High School ROTC Students!
Congratulations to these AF JR ROTC Students at Alamogordo High School: Alamogordo High School student Angela Tomasek has received Congressional, Senatorial and JROTC nominations to the Air Force Academy. AHS was just notified that for the second year in a row, the AF JR ROTC Program has progressed through qualifications, round 1 and round 2 of the Air Force Academic Bowl Competition and will travel to Washington, D.C., the 23-26 of April to compete at the national level. Team members are Juniors Dylan Juedeman, Richard Larcada and Genesis Ramos. Also, Sophomores Matt Apple, Elizabeth Davis and Cristina Torres will compete. Congratulations to the students and David L. Plaster, Captain, USAF (Ret), Senior Aerospace Science Instructor at Alamogordo High School.
