Alamogordo High School Students Win National 4-H National Championship Five Alamogordo High School students are to be congratulated for their efforts in winning a national 4-H championship. Wrangler Yarborough, team reporter, Lyle Danley, president, (unable to attend event due to illness) Chelsea Dennett, vice president, Shawna McNatt, team secretary, and Danielle Mendoza, team treasurer, attended the National Western 4-H Round-Up. The competition was held in Denver in January. The members of the the Otero County 4-H team won the national championship called the 4-H Parliamentary Procedure Contest.
